Hold Harmless Agreement, Release of Liability, and Media Consent.

Organizer: Hineni USA (“Organizer”)

Acknowledgment of Attendance.

By entering, attending, or participating in this event, all attendees acknowledge that concerts and public gatherings may involve certain risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, illness, loss, or other unforeseen hazards associated with attendance and participation. All attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event.

Release and Hold Harmless.

By entering the event premises, attendees release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Organizer, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, affiliates, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses of any kind arising out of or related to attendance at or participation in the event, including claims resulting from ordinary negligence of the Released Parties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Attendees further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from their actions or conduct during the event.

Medical Treatment.

Attendees authorize emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary during the event and understand that they are responsible for any medical expenses incurred. The Released Parties do not assume responsibility for providing medical insurance coverage.

Photography, Video Recording, and Media Release.

This event is being photographed, audio recorded, and video recorded. By entering and attending this event, attendees grant the Organizer and its designees the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, capture, use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, broadcast, edit, modify, and otherwise utilize their image, likeness, voice, appearance, statements, and performance, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, including social media, websites, promotional materials, advertising campaigns, print publications, television broadcasts, streaming platforms, fundraising materials, and marketing and public relations materials. Such use may occur without further notice, approval, compensation, or royalty. Attendees waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials.

Minors.

Parents and legal guardians who bring minors to the event consent on behalf of those minors to the terms of this Agreement, including the photography, video recording, and media release provisions contained herein.

Governing Law.

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the event shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Washington, and all attendees consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Severability.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

Notice of Acceptance.

ENTRY INTO THE EVENT PREMISES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND MEDIA CONSENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ENTER THE EVENT.
